Supervisor, Consulting Team (Internal Audit Division)

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Work in team and lead the team to focus on advisory/audit/consultancy projects/engagements
  • Work with audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during audit process
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
  • Prepare and/or review proposal for clients’ engagements/projects
  • Presentation of proposals to clients on engagement/projects required
  • Develop audit programs and working papers based on project scope engaged by clients
  • Prepare and/or review on project results and present/communicate to client on audit results and recommendations
  • Lead and manage project/engagement team members on proper work execution while delivering value added services to clients and complete the project/engagement within the stipulated time frame
  • Mentor associates, interns, and new hires and implant highest standard of performance by providing guidance to team members
  • Assist line managers when assigned tasks under line managers
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field with at least 2 years of managerial/leading experiences
  • Preferably 3-4 years experiences as auditor with business/industry experiences, either financial audits, internal audits or advisory services
  • Preferably holder of professional certification, i.e. CIA, ACCA, CPA
  • Audit experiences in professional services firms will be an added advantage
  • Experiences in banking industry in area of either financial, audit, risk, operations will be an added advantage
  • Experiences and exposures in risk management measures and procedures will be an added advantage
  • Must be willing to travel overseas for work purpose
